International Choir Competition, Riva del Garda, Italy

The charming little town of Riva del Garda on the northern side of Lake Garda is without doubt one of the most beautiful festival venues for MUSICA MUNDI events, especially with regard to its delightful scenery. It is host to two competitions. The International Choir Competition Riva del Garda in Italy is the second-oldest MUSICA MUNDI competition. Alternating with the International Choir Competition Budapest, it is carried out every two years in the Holy Week before Easter. The highest number of participants, 114 choirs, could be recorded there.
